Is there any rule of thumb as to how Integrators get paid for their services? Is it a % of the sale and if so how much? TY!

Hi Christopher, I would encourage you to browse controlsys.org for helpful resources, such as the Best Practices. As you can probably guess, most of the real good stuff is available to CSIA members only, including a list serv where integrator answer questions like the one you posted.

I would also encourage you to listen to the podcast, particuarly the episode with Chris Tury, he speaks a bit to his approach to bidding projects.
